It's been a loooooong day of travelling - Calgary to Vancouver to London to Copenhagen. We left our house about 25 hours ago and are about to call it a day. We did get a fair amount of sleep on the plane from Vancouver to London, but it's not the same as being in a bed. After we checked into the hotel we stepped out for a short stroll and an early dinner of beer, pizza and salad at an outdoor cafe. Copenhagen is not cheap. We knew it wouldn't be, but it's still a bit of a shock to pay 4.00 for a 1.5L of water and the same for a can of beer at a corner store. The corner store happens to be a 7-11, they are all over the place here. It's quite warm -in the high 20s and is still totally light out for 8:30 pm.
