at sea - May 1

Today is basically a copy of yesterday with Alan Thicke’s lecture #2.  The difference was that he and his wife sat right next to us at the pool for the afternoon.  He wasn’t at all chatty, but she certainly was.  She lent me a magazine with their address on it if anyone wants to check them out!!  A bizarre experience.  He’s hardly a huge celebrity, but just the fact that he is completely recognizable makes it bizarre to be sitting next to him while he eats pizza and drinks a mud slide.  His lectures weren’t very well attended – most people we talked to other than a few Canadians didn’t know who he was.
